Interviewing Excellence for Hiring Managers
Building structured and bias-aware interview capability
Client Industry: IT / Corporate
Program Duration: 1 Day
The Challenge: Hiring decisions were largely dependent on instinct rather than structured evaluation. Different interviewers followed different approaches, leading to inconsistency and occasional mismatches in hiring. There was also limited awareness of unconscious bias
during interviews.
Our Intervention: The intervention introduced a structured interview framework, focusing on asking the right questions, evaluating responses objectively, and reducing bias. Through role-plays and mock interviews, participants practiced real scenarios and learned how to assess candidates more effectively.
What Changed: Hiring managers became more confident and consistent in their approach. The quality of hiring decisions improved, and there was better alignment across interview panels.
