The Challenge: Employees viewed PoSH training as a mandatory compliance requirement rather than something relevant to everyday workplace behaviour. There was limited understanding of boundaries, respect, and real-life implications.

Our Intervention: The session focused on real-life scenarios, discussions, and relatable examples to make the topic practical and engaging. Instead of only covering the law, the emphasis was on behaviour, awareness, and responsibility.

What Changed: Participants became more aware of acceptable and unacceptable behaviours, showed better sensitivity, and understood the importance of maintaining a respectful workplace.
